The Critical Few collects the information you submit through the conversation experience, including your name, work email, organization, role, primary need, and message. Do not submit passwords, regulated data, incident evidence, or other sensitive information through the public form.

Limited operational information.
The site processes limited technical and usage information through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Client access and prior purchase recovery may also process account, transaction, access, and delivery records when those services are used.

How information is used.
Submitted information is used to review and respond to inquiries, operate the site, maintain client access, support prior purchases, prevent misuse, and understand performance. The public site does not collect information for the purpose of selling personal information.

Service providers.
The application can use Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Postgres-compatible storage, Vercel Blob, and Resend for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, storage, and email delivery. A service is used only when its related integration is configured.

To ask about information submitted through the site, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, contact support@critfew.com. Prior purchase access remains available through the purchase-recovery experience.
