These Terms govern use of the website, public materials, free report library, collaboration inquiries, and any private work The Critical Few agrees to perform under separate written terms.
The Critical Few publishes strategic and informational material only. Nothing on this site, in its reports, or in public collaboration discussions is medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of business results.
Free library access, public materials, and collaboration inquiries do not by themselves create a consulting, fiduciary, clinician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. Any private engagement begins only after written terms are accepted.
Permitted use
This site is for informational, research, and collaboration-inquiry use.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee any business, operational, regulatory, clinical, financial, or strategic outcome. You remain responsible for independent review and for decisions made by you or your organization.
Intellectual property and license
Reports, exhibits, and supporting materials remain protected.
- All site content, reports, exhibits, decks, and support materials are proprietary to The Critical Few or its licensors.
- Public content may be cited in a customary and attributed manner, but full reports may not be resold, posted publicly, or copied into another product without written permission.
- Free report access is for personal, internal business, research, and discussion use by the signed-in reader.
- Broader external redistribution, procurement upload, or derivative commercial use requires separate written permission.
Free access and private work
The public report library is free; project work is separate.
- The current public report library is free with sign-in. The public site does not offer self-serve paid checkout.
- Private collaboration, research, advisory, or project work begins only after both sides agree to written terms.
- Any scope, timing, confidentiality, delivery, payment, or cancellation terms for private work are controlled by the written agreement for that engagement.
- Legacy billing or delivery support requests should come from the original purchase or account email whenever possible.
Liability and relationship limits
Use of the site does not create an advisory or consulting engagement.
No client relationship
Free library access, public materials, and collaboration inquiries do not by themselves create a consulting, fiduciary, clinician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. Any private engagement begins only after written terms are accepted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Critical Few's total liability arising out of or related to the public site or free report library will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Law and disputes
Formal commercial terms control private engagements.
- Any governing law, venue, and dispute process for paid or private services will be stated in the controlling written agreement, invoice, or order form. For general site questions or disputes, contact support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
- Any refund, cancellation, rescope, delivery, licensing, or support terms for private work are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
- Questions or concerns should be raised first through support so we can attempt direct resolution before escalation.
